Momma Finn believes that cows raised used traditional organic farming methods enjoy a better life so she refuses to use anything other than organic butter in her flapjack. When she adds soft brown sugar to the melting butter she is always taken back to her own childhood when her grandfather would produce a brown paper bag of soft brown sugar for morning cereal. And being a Scottish lass born and bred Momma Finn only uses Scottish oats that will sustain you for longer than most other snacks. Golden syrup and vanilla essence are also added to these ingredients before they are stirred together with a wooden spoon and baked to create Momma Finn’s Traditional Flapjack.
